What types of payment do you accept?
Dressbarn.com accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and ATM/debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo. You may also pay with PayPal, Apple Pay or store credit.
We also accept Quadpay; which allows you to pay for your transaction in installments. Click here to visit the Quadpay site.
Do I have to pay tax on my purchase?
Yes. Sales tax is calculated according to the state and county tax laws where the order is being shipped. The tax shown online is only a quote and may differ slightly from the total charged, usually by no more than a few cents.
What is a "verbal authorization" and why do you need one for my order to ship?
A brief conversation with a Customer Service Representative is sometimes necessary to verify credit card information. This is known as a "verbal authorization" and it protects cardholders from unauthorized purchases. Why was my gift card not applied?
All gift cards purchased prior to January 1, 2020 are no longer accepted. If you still have a remaining balance on your gift card, Dressbarn is offering a $25 store credit upon verification of funds available on the gift card. Please call 1-800-DRESSBARN (1-800-373-7722) for further instructions.
How do I pay with Payal on Dressbarn.com?
At checkout, you can select PayPal as a payment option.
Can I split the payment for my order between Paypal and another form of payment?
If you are using PayPal, you will not be able to use any other form of payment on that order.
How do I return or exchange something if I have paid with Paypal?
As with any return or exchange, you must contact Dressbarn Customer Service and they will help you through the process. Click here to view our Return/Exchange policy.
If I am using Paypal, can I still choose to have it shipped to a different address than my billing address?
You may choose a different shipping address for your order, however, the billing address on your PayPal account must match the billing address on your Dressbarn.com order. If you choose to use PayPal Express, your billing address will be imported automatically.
Why isn't my Paypal payment going through?
Check to see that the billing addresses for your Dressbarn.com order and your PayPal account match. If they do, check the rest of your PayPal account information for errors, including your current balance.
Can I pay with Paypal over the phone?
No, PayPal can only be accessed online, at checkout.
Can I add items to my Paypal order once I submit it?
Sorry, you cannot add items or make changes once you submit your PayPal order. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order.
My coupon code did not apply, can i still add it although my order has been placed?
Please contact Dressbarn customer support to verify that your coupon code is valid. Most promotions are advertised on our site. If you have received a personal code via a newsletter and it did not apply, please contact Dressbarn customer support immediately after your order has been placed. (PLEASE NOTE: COUPONS THAT HAVE EXPIRED WILL NOT BE APPLIED).
