IMPORTANT: With limited exceptions, returns are refunded in the form of online store credit redeemable at Dressbarn.com given that items are returned in full accordance with our Return Policy. Dressbarn does not refund the original shipping charges.
With limited exceptions, we do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return. yet we provide the return label through support channels.
Online Returns Policy
Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy:
- Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.
- For sanitation reasons, all swimsuits and face mask are final sale.
- Returns sent back to our warehouse that have not been generated through our returns portal or by contacting our Customer Service team directly will be charged a $10 manual processing fee
To exchange or return your item(s):
Start by going to dressbarn.happyreturns.com and have your order number and zip code handy.
Your request to return your item(s) must be within 30 days of your delivery date or within our return policy.
You will have 2 options to drop off your item(s):
1. Happy Returns Return Bar - FREE
Drop off your item(s) at any Happy Returns location around the country to have your online store credit refund initiated immediately!
No need to bring a shipping box, just the original item packaging, and your QR code from dressbarn.happyreturns.com for a contact-free drop-off.
2. Mail - $6.99
You can start this process using our self-service portal by visiting dressbarn.happyreturns.com.
The fee for this method of returning items will be deducted from the total online store credit which will be received after successfully returning the products.
After packaging the items you want to return, you must ship the items along with the shipping label.
**Your online store credit refund is initiated as soon as you drop your items at the return bar or we receive your package at our processing center.
Should you choose to return, Dressbarn does not provide prepaid return labels and you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. In addition, any customers purchasing outside of the U.S. will be unable to use our Online Returns Portal. Instead, please follow the instructions below to return in accordance with our Return Policy.
To return by mail - Please contact our Customer Support Team at Support@Dressbarn.com or call us at 1-800-Dressbarn. We will provide you with a return label that you may take to any of your local carriers. Mail your return items to our Returns Department at the address stated below:

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several weeks to reach us if returning from an international location. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our Returns Department. Once your return is fully processed, you will receive your refund in the form of store credit redeemable at Dressbarn.com.
Helpful Hint: Dressbarn is not responsible for returns until they reach our Returns Department. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Dressbarn will not issue a store credit refund for your returns.
